Outcome teens will know what a smart goal is and will write one academic smart goal that is focused on their own personal academic success. 

COMMUNICATION
How to talk to an adult. Three key points to learn, no it is not which meme to use on the text. It is making eye contact. Giving the other person your undivided attention, not texting and nodding. Three the response. It is not okay to use one word answers. No conversation should be yes or no.

Teens will learn the skill to ask for help from an adult without feeling guilty, but to do it with self confidence and that they are in fact worthy of the help.
